    How's it going, pals? We are more than half way through the month! :flowerforyou:

    January goals:
    Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
    Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
    Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)

    So far (1/18)
    Swim - 4.38 miles
    Bike - 95.38 miles
    Walk/Run - 21.01

    I feel like I'm making progress, at least.

    I was really tired last night so, as planned, I took today off the bike and out of the pool and just walked.

    Tomorrow, I plan to bike at least half an hour on the trainer in the morning and to swim in the afternoon with the tri group.

    Bike: 56 miles (Half IM distance...I know the wind chill will keep me from getting out a lot)
    Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)

    Been fighting some respitory issues this week. I had an extra few minutes at the gym so I jumped of the bike for 3 miles. And then a 9 mile run yesterday. Keep meaning to get back in the pool. Surely I can knock out 2000 yrds in 9 days.

    did 6 miles on the bike and 1.5 miles on the treadmill. i'll add up all these numbers one day.

    yesterday i did 2.5 miles running, 12 miles cycling
