    Week # 1 - 200/300.... Didn't make my goal - Need to set a lower goal and work harder to achieve it.
    Week # 2 -- 230/225.... Made my goal this week..but just cause I was shopping..NEED to do more intentional Exercising and get more focused on MFP and losing weight.

    I am over my goal by 5 minutes.
    Week #1 - Jan 2nd - 340 minutes/Goal 330 min I made it
    Week #2 - Jan 9th - 156 minutes and under goal by 134 (Goal 330 min) Due to illness and unexpectant Drs. appointments. I have a dental appointment next week but hope to be able to have a more regular week.
    Week #3 - January16th - Goal is 300 minutes Goal is met

    Mon: 30 min. walk
    Tue: 60 min interval walk/run (while snowing)
    Wed: 60 min total, 30 min. cross country skiing and 30 min walking in the snow and getting into skis etc.
    Thur: 60 min total, 30 min. cross country skiing and 30 min walking in the snow and getting into skis etc.
    Fri: 35 min. cross country skiing for now
    Sat: 60 min Aquafit
    Sun:

    Total/min left: 305 min/ 0 min

    Wednesday i refuse to shovel any more!!
    Thursday 69 / 130 cardio- elliptical, treadmill and bike
    Friday 40/ 170 shoveling snow and cleaning house
    Saturday 90/ 260 30 min cardio and 60 min circuit and weights

    Last week I was 225 over, but due to snow I am still going to keep my goal at 400 for week 3

    Sunday: walking 60 minutes, wii fit, 45 minutes but since I only sweated a little I am calling it 15
    Monday: 105 minutes, sledding, walking and wii
    Tuesday: 105 minutes, 30 day shred, walking and wii
    Wednesday: 105 minutes, 25 minutes vacuuming, 35 minutes wii fit, 45 minutes shoveling snow
    Thursday: 60 minutes px90, 30 minutes zumba, 30 minutes + walking dogs
    Friday: 105 minutes, wii fit, zumba, walking, shoveling snow
    Saturday: 75 minutes walking, most of it in the rain

    I was 265 over my minute goal and for week four I am in increasing my goal to 550 minutes :ohwell:

Those last 10 minutes that I did just a few minutes ago really pushed me...if I didn't have this challenge I would not have tried to reach an extra ten minutes today.     WOW only just found this thread and im going to try doing the 3500 calories for the week. Starting today only 403 calories for today as i walked to work. Never been a better inspiration for walking to work.

    3rd week:
    My goal was 300. I did 557 minutes, hooray! I got in 2 mornings of skiing this week, so that really added to my totals. It was a blast and an easy way to burn off some calories. Now I am off of vacation and back to work. Hoping for a great week. Good luck to all of you out there!
