    Good Morning folks. I haven't had breakfast yet? Mess around on this computer to long and hubby was ready to go to the store. Think I will go in there and find something to have for less than 300 calories. That shouldn't be hard to do.

    I thinking about cereal and skim milk.

    2 organic eggs, 2 egg beaters
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 cup milk
    1 cup organic cereal
    1 banana
    1 monster drink
    1/2 gallon water

    Whey protein shake with 2 scoops plain powder, 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup chobani original yogurt, 1/2 banana, a handful of blackberries, a 1 teaspoon ground flax.

    Oatmeal and half a grapefruit! Mmm, tasty citrus, and it is a hunger deterent that works until lunchtime!

    Oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar, unsweetend applesauce, cinnamon and some blueberries

    a little higher in calories than I normally eat for breakky (322cal) but so delicious and I'm full! Won't even need a snack before lunch!
