    It actually stands for "Bring up my post" which means more people will be able to see it in that short amount of time and you will be able to easily access it yourself.

    Hi! i got a question. I went back to fitness just for a month now. I swim about 3-4x a week and badminton once a week and sit ups at night. when i started i was on 1600 kcal. I didin't loose any weight. I don't get it.

    Should i changed my exercise? what is the best exercise i should do?
