Hi! i got a question. I went back to fitness just for a month now. I swim about 3-4x a week and badminton once a week and sit ups at night. when i started i was on 1600 kcal. I didin't loose any weight. I don't get it.
Should i changed my exercise? what is the best exercise i should do?0 -
