    Though I wasn't able to exercise the first 2 week of Feb, I'm back in the game now.
    Goal- 300min

    Mon- Walking 40 min
    Tues Walking- 180 minutes
    Wed- Walking 60 minutes
    Thurs. Walking- 120 min This walking is getting pretty old. Three more weeks until I can go back to the gym. I have been to one mall 3 times, another once and one day (The only decent day) in the park. I would do so much better if I could get outside. Besides, the mall walking can get pretty expensive. LOL
    Fri- walk/run 60 minutes Yea! Able to get to the park today!

    Wonderful Lynn! Good scenery always help for a better walk. I have a friend I visit in WI and her place is by a beautiful cemetary and I just love walking there when I go visit her. It is so beautiful and serene. Like paradise indeed. I know it sounds deep but it is the most beautiful and peaceful place to walk and think.

    Hi ladies... I am new here and would like to join in on the challenge starting next week. I am doing the PINK method... and doing great on my diet/nutrition, but need to be more accountable for the excercise. I am hoping this board will help. I have lost 15 pounds since January 3rd. Pretty happy about that, but it is time to up my game, because I have been at the same weight now for about 2 weeks and I know it is because I have slacked off on the exercise!!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

    Week # 3 -- Feb 13th -- 230 made my Goal of 180 minutes even starting a bit late.

    Mon: 0 my daughter home ill
    Tue: 0 worked and daughter was ill
    Wed: 110 minutes, 55 minutes of aquafit, 30 minutes of weight training, 4 minutes each on Stationary bike and elliptical, 8 min on rowing machine, 8 min walk
    Thur: 0 worked which is quite active but no formal exercise
    Fri: 60 minute walk/run intervals
    Sat: 60 minutes of beginning Zumba DVD Yay! I finally got out my Zumba DVDs I got for my birthday last year.

    How did you like Zumba Keri? I like the classes better but the dvd was OK but after taking the class the class was more fun. Just curious.

    3 weeks in a row I am over goal and I even increased my goal this week! YAY me!! I may increase my goal next week also. I have to look at my schedule and see what I can swing.
