Not to shabby this week I was looking for a gain beacuse of the way I have been eating but I maintained. Why is it that when you start eating bad it is so hard to get back on track? I ate like crap on saturday and then sunday was M's party and had a turkey dog and a hamburger and cake. Monday and Tuesday I just felt hungry all day long. I have decided that if I need a sweet treat I am going for a piece of gum!

Got my workout in. Left the house at 8:15 am which is a surprise. The girls were in our bed with hubs still half asleep!:grumble:

Just stopping in to say hi before I go back to work.

The scale was my new best friend this morning, as it showed me a number I haven't seen in almost 20 years! Whoo hooo!

(I realize that almost 20 years ago makes me 9-10 years old, but I was a fat kid. )

    Good luck for weigh-ins!

We got the former "Man Cave" part of our downstairs cleaned out, steam-cleaned, and filled with Harley's toys. It will now be known as the "Baby Cave".

    IMG_0959.jpg

We got the workout room cleaned out and steam-cleaned yesterday but we have stuff we had to put back in until we figure out where to put it so it's still pretty messy. Our upstairs...Well, I don't even want to talk about that. The good thing is that we are having people over Saturday for a 4th of July BBQ followed by fireworks so I know it'll be clean by then.

Hello All! I hope everyone had a great day!

Lynnie-I love the new hoochie hair! I need to get mine done again in a bad way! Too many roots showing! Yours looks totally awesome like always!

April-Congrats on losing the 2 pounds again. I didn't lose anything but I still think I'm doing bad things!

Andrew & Beth-sounds like you had a great bike ride! I bet mine would love that pull along trailer too. I remember way back when they put car seat like seats on the back of bikes for kids. Do ya'll remember those?

Lori-Nice baby cave! I bet the baby just loves having all that space to mess around in! And your exercise room will be up and raring to go really soon. And I bet your house will be awesome by Saturday!

Sam-I forgot what you posted but I hope you had a great day! And you know everyone loves it here no doubt about it! I think you went on a bike ride this morning didn't ya? Was it great?

Jules-Welcome to the BEST TEAM EVER!!!!!

Marla-Howdy lady! How was your day? Wonderful I hope!

Hello to anyone else that I missed! I went to the lake for about an hour. I wanted to lounge on a float in the sun while my daughter and the dogs played. The sun disappeared behind a huge cloud and never returned so I came home!

Anyone interested in a bike challenge. Some MFPers are kicking around a cycling idea.

I didn't put in near the miles I wanted to last month.
    Who's interested?

    Hey gang.

    Lynnie- great hair

Shuntae- I  your new nubmer

We are in Virginia, drove a little over 10 hours today. Piece of cake left to drive tomorrow. I ate good all day, normal breakfast, 2 grilled chicken wraps for lunch and tore away all the extra wrap, some almonds in the afternoon and then we didn't eat dinner until 9:30. Have you ever tried to eat healthy off Denny's late night menu? It isn't possible.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, they were out of grilled chicken. I then ordered 2 scrambled eggs, toast, 2 pieces of turkey bacon and fruit. The fruit was awesome. The eggs were good but tasted like they had a lot of butter, the toast was coated in butter- ate one piece and the turkey bacon tasted like they threw it down to cook right after regular bacon. Oh well, I tried.

Tired. Ready for bed. Kids are pinging from being cooped up in the car, they are on my nerves. Hopefully they settle down fast.

Thanks about the hair. A tip for future reference. Order your toast dry and ask for a pack of butter so you can control how much is put on it.

Morning all. Lynnie- got it, no butter next time. I was tired and hungry and had to reorder since there was no grilled chicken, didn't even THINK about butter being slathered all over everything.

I crashed last night, in my clothes, never brushed my teeth or anything, think some nasty littering marching band who were walking dogs marched through my mouth..... It fits in with the funky Super 8 we are staying at. When you travel with dogs the hotel choices are limited. I think I won't comb my hair or put on a bra and take the dog out to pee- then I'll really live the full exeperience.

Just watching my crew sleep. 3 of them are on the funky floor in sleeping bags, will have to send them the shower to decontaminate when they awake. Eeewww.

Have a good one black team! BTW. I didn't bring my scale on vacation- BUT- I really did consider it. I'm sick!
