Got in my second run today for this week. Only got in one the last 2 weeks so I am feeling it.

I am FINALLY back at it after being sick for almost 2 weeks. I tried, stupidly, to work out last week, 30 minutes on the bike took everything out of me and I was much worse the next day. I am going to try and make up some of the time I have lost due to illness.0 -
