Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge.
Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?
This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.
Here is the daily update format.

Also please do not promote other similar challenges in this one. I didn't put this challenge in the groups so it is easy to find for new people as this is not a closed challenge and open to everyone. It would be hard to find in the groups and a lot of newbies would miss it.

I really need this right now! I have not done this challenge in months. I am going to set a goal of 2000 because I am still nursing an injury. Hopefully I will be burning 3500+ again by the end of March.Thanks for taking the time to post the challenge!

I'm going to try this, I think. I have a tendency to drop out of challenges, but a week isn't that long... I should be able to stick to one for a week!! Maybe I need shorter challenges?? Worth a shot.
3500 is going to be hard for me, but I'm setting my goal to that anyway. Gotta keep pushing yourself, right?

I have lost count of what week this is for me! I am going to stick with 4,500 this week and hope that in the next couple of weeks I can bump it up to 5,000!!!

I'm going to do 3500. I only need 15 more pounds to get to my goal weight and I think this challenge will help!
Feel free to add me, I'm a little new, been "serious" about it for a month now. I'm hoping the weather will improve and I can get outside for a run, along with my 30 day Shred video!

I'm recommitting myself this week! I had a light bulb moment earlier today..."do it for YOU and everthing else will fall in place". So I'm doing this for ME. And I never seem to stick with challenges, but I think this one is doable.
