1st time Challenge, 2nd week of exercise after getting out of a wheel chair I'd been stuck in for 5 years.

Mon: 1130 burned, Cybex Stationary Bike 1hr (I'm 407 pounds so yes it's right hehe)

I am so mad, I threw out my back on Saturday and it ruined everything! I was doing so well. Going for 4000 again this week and dammit, I'm going to make it this time!
