Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?
This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Also please do not promote other similar challenges in this one. I didn't put this challenge in the groups so it is easy to find for new people as this is not a closed challenge and open to everyone. It would be hard to find in the groups and a lot of newbies would miss it.

Sunday we had a family fitness challenge. Almost my whole family tried it: ages 8 -40. we ended it up doing pushups, squats, jump squats, crunches, reverse crunches and lunges for over 2 hours. It was so much I didn't really feel the pain ...until the next day )
