Count me in, I roughly generate about 2,800 each week but, would like to increase this number. Great challenge looking forward to it. I'm halfway through the week but with enter my details anyway )

Mon: 1055 burned - jogging in place, dancing, walking, some heavy cleaning, aerobics and decided to play some Just Dance with the kids tonight. I have never done this much!
Tues: 562 burned - jogging in place,Wii free step while watching TV, Just Dance and Exerbeat for Wii

Sunday we had a family fitness challenge. Almost my whole family tried it: ages 8 -40. we ended it up doing pushups, squats, jump squats, crunches, reverse crunches and lunges for over 2 hours. It was so much I didn't really feel the pain ...until the next day )
