    Friday nights have turned into family exercise/competition night! That means at least 2 hours of Xbox kinect volleyball, boxing and track and field events. I wish this game tracked time like the Wii Fit but that's what heart rate monitors are for right!

    Saturday I burned 565 cals doing BODYATTACK, this morning I burned a whopping 83 cals doing W1D1 of The Butt Bible. The calorie burn was small, but the one my butt was feeling wasn't! After I kick this cold I'll add a short cardio workout if I have time . This thing is 6 weeks long, and the first 2 weeks are only 20 mins, 4x a week.

    Today CLX Get Lean Intervals - OMG - 423 cals nuked!

    This morning I did both the lower and upper body workouts of The Butt Bible (W1D3&D4) since I missed my workouts the last 3 days. Burned 233 cals in 40 mins. Will be doing some type of cardio in a little while, just not sure what I'm doing yet. :smile:

    week2 day 2 C25K. plus 10 more minutes of walking. May take the bicycle out today if the wind goes down!
  • 20 minutes on the StairMaster, followed by 60 minutes of Water Aerobics! Best way to start my BDay- feeling fantabulous!

  • jogged 3.8 miles, and then some pilates in the evening to relax.

    For cardio I did Tae Bo II - Basic 1 and burned 224 cals.
  • i did 30 minutes of the brazil butt lift, this was my first day, i think im going to get good results tho cause its all lower body which is where most of my weight is

    I haven't worked out since Tuesday. I got sick and still not feeling all that great.
  • I did UFC Fighting 30 min and walked for a hour today burned about 350 to 400 cals

    20 minutes of jogging @ 6.2mph, then a heavy leg work out. Squats, lunges, leg press, & extensions.
