Every other day to every two days. I've been that way since I was a kid, like clockwork. That's just how I roll.0

AT LEAST once a day, usually MORE. I've NEVER had issues with that.

I go everyday, usually 2 to 3 times. I chalk it up to fiber, plenty of fruits & veggies, and plenty of H20!!0 -

I poop at least once a day.
Though I'd say, on average, two or three times a day. Which everyone says makes me weird. But it makes me glad to know I'm not stopped up.0 -

When I'm at home I am vegetarian and normally go between one and three times a day. However...when I am deployed the food choice gets slim and I am forced to eat their horrible food. When I was deployed throughout most of last year I was in the ER twice because I hadn't pooped in ten days...0

Before I started eating healthy, once every 4-5 days. I used to HAVE to take laxatives in order to "go". Sad, right? Now...I go every day. A small triumph that counts big ;P0

I've never gone a day without. I never get stopped up...I tend to have the opposite problem, usually in stressful times. No stress headaches or neckaches for me...it's all in my tummy.@cory What is with your poop fascination?

BTW, I'm in the - my body is using every single calorie I consume category, so I rarely poop these days.AND, I've been known to weigh before and after - well, it wasn't really known before, but I guess it is now. :bigsmile: :blushing:

Before I started this diet/lifestyle change in Jan, every day, now its like every 2 or 3rd day. I dont like that, im trying to get more fiber but its difficult.0

It used to be every single day at exactly 11am, now, it has been three days. Senna tonight, and a cigarette in the morning if that doesn't work. :-(0

I pooped today -- the first time in over a week.
My protein intake is continuously topped out at over 150 g and I am pretty good at keeping my fiber up to par,
I used to poop regularly when I ate like a heifer. It's mind boggling, really.

Sweet my favorite subject. My bathroom is my thrown as I spend a lot of time there. Everyday I go about 3-4 times. Sometimes more. What I have found amazing about my body since I have been eating healthy is that if I eat something bad or that my body does not like ie Mcdonalds....my body will flush it within 15-20 mins. NO JOKE!!
My body is my Temple and only wants nutrients!!0 -
