I do 20 mins of running on treadmill at 5 mph.
I do 4 sets of 25 on the ab , leg's, arm machines in my gym.
Then I cool down by biking at 19-24 mph for 20 mins.
I also plan to start p90x back tonight.0 -
Yesterday was The Butt Bible, L2D2 (upper body), 32 mins, 200 cals.
Today, Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix, 31 mins, 293 cals0 -
Tonight will be 40 minutes with Jillian....Killer Buns and Thighs0

30 minutes Zumba Activate and 8 minute abs. Plus delivering room service at the hotel where I work later for 8 hours (I don't log that though lol)0

Thinking I'll do Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 1 or 2 in a bit. Then I'm walking to a local coffee shop later to meet a friend!0

Yesterday was arms and abs with a 10 min doing intervals on the elliptical before & after (20 min elliptical total). Today I will be taking the dog for a walk and trying to get some sun on my pale skin.0

I didn't pack clothes to go to the gym after work (I woke up WAY late) so I think I'll take a nice walk and maybe do a pilates video at work today, then take my dog on a walk when I get home. It's not a lot, but it beats doing nothing!0

it will be at least 30 min. on exercycle, as soon as I get a very important phone call. My butt gets so stuck to the seat that I don't think I can get off of it in time to answer the phone, so I must wait.0

15 minutes stationary cycling with raised weighted arms (213 calories)
24 minutes Zumba (235 calories)
We'll see if I have the energy to get anymore in.0 -
Walking 10km and 65 flights of stairs. May push that to 75 flights if my knee decides to behave.0

half hr on the treadmill, 1/2 hr on spinning bike, 1/2 strenght training, and maybe heading back to gym later tonite if i don't go for a walk with hubby.0
