    Half an hour hip hop abs, half an hour Yoga Meltdown and 15 minutes of outdoor cycling.

    3 mile run this morning around my subdivision
    30 minutes of boxing on Wii EA Active 2
    10 minutes of various exercises in the house (push ups, crunches, planks, etc.)

    Yesterday was arms and abs with a 10 min doing intervals on the elliptical before & after (20 min elliptical total). Today I will be taking the dog for a walk and trying to get some sun on my pale skin.

    I didn't pack clothes to go to the gym after work (I woke up WAY late) so I think I'll take a nice walk and maybe do a pilates video at work today, then take my dog on a walk when I get home. It's not a lot, but it beats doing nothing! :)

    it will be at least 30 min. on exercycle, as soon as I get a very important phone call. My butt gets so stuck to the seat that I don't think I can get off of it in time to answer the phone, so I must wait.

    So far...

    15 minutes stationary cycling with raised weighted arms (213 calories)
    24 minutes Zumba (235 calories)

    We'll see if I have the energy to get anymore in. :)

    Walking 10km and 65 flights of stairs. May push that to 75 flights if my knee decides to behave.

    half hr on the treadmill, 1/2 hr on spinning bike, 1/2 strenght training, and maybe heading back to gym later tonite if i don't go for a walk with hubby.

    I did 30 minutes total warm ups and running/walking training for my 5k another 30 minutes on the Wii and then got another mini workout of hand sawing tree limbs off then I may do a little bowling on the wii later

    Today is a cardio day so I will be running. At least 5k. Maybe more if my foot doesn't bother me.

  • today was 30 Day Shred- level 1 Day 3 =D
  • Today is Biceps, will start out with 45 mins cardio, then curls,preacher curls,and two more bicep exercises, with abs between every rep of every set!!!

    w1d4 30ds with sweats on burns about 350ish cals about 27-30 mins pushing as hard as i can :) hoping it pays off especially in inches lol
  • C25K - W1D3 + 15 extra minutes of walking at 4.5: burning 450 calories
    20 minutes of lunges, squats and ab work.


    FEEL the burn! :)

    iFit workout on the treadmill - 30 minutes at 5-10% incline. Felt great!
  • 7 - 7 minute rounds punching and kicking 150 lb heavy bag
    1 - 7 minute round picking up and slamming 80 lb heavy bag
    1 - 7 minute round reflex bag
