            I started January 4th b/c I wanted to loose 30lbs by my 30th birthday which is August 4th. I started at 184 and this morning I was at 168.6. I am happy with my loss so far but feel as though I have hit a plateau the last week or so. Not giving up though, going to push through. I just recently started an exercise regimen so I am hoping that will be the key to get me over the hump!0

            I started on Jan 3rd at 160lbs and am now 140lbs so 20lbs down so far. 20 more to go and will be at my goal

            I started hitting the gym mid december, but not watching diet till joining here Jan.20/11 SW: 174lbs here I am 9 weeks later CW: 161.7 down 12lbs. Feeling so much better!0

            I've lost about 20 lbs since Jan 8th or so - this past week was the first week that I did not lose any weight. In face, I gained a pound. However, I've increased my calories so here's hoping next Tuesday's weigh day will be better!0

            Jan 9th started at 264 and currently 242.6. Lost 21 lbs so far!
This is me almost perfectly, I started on the 7th, I was at 265 and am down to 242.9 so about 22 lbs down! I havent gone down a pant size (I'm pregnant though so my waistline is going away for sure!) but I've noticed it in other ways!0 - 
            Started mid-January, down 15 pounds since.

            hi all,
i started on jan 1st at 181lbs and am now 164lbs well one every1 xxx0 - 
            Started January 1 and down 29lbs. Dropped from a tight size 14 jeans and just this past weekend, fit into size 8 jeans!!0

            Although I joined this site quite some time ago, I didn't actually start seriously using it until this past December 12th. Thirteen pounds down as you can see, but I've gone from a size 22 to a tight 16 (YES!!). I too was hoping to be down more than I am, but whatever, it's a marathon not a sprint! Great job everyone and good luck on your continuing journey! :drinker:0

            I actually started January 9th and I'm down 10 pounds and 3 inches off my thighs and hips and 3.5 inches off waist. I Also started kickboxing that day. I go 1-2x a week. I recently added walking/jogging so hopefully when i weigh in again on April 9th there will be at least an additional 5 pounds off.....Good luck everyone with this daily walk.0

            Started January 1 at 211 lbs and am now at 175, for a loss to date of 36 lbs. My initial goal weight was 185 but at that weight I still had more flab around my belly than I wanted so I've dropped my goal weight to 170. 5 lbs to go. P90X FTW!0

            I started Jan. 11 2012 the day after my 42nd Birthday, weighed 180 pounds. Weighed in today and I weigh 160 so 20 pounds lost so far 25 lbs. to go till goal weight!! lost inches also went down at least 1 pant size have not went shopping in awhile to know if I can wear another size smaller yet.             I started January 2nd. I've lost 16 lbs and I think several inches. I have almost moved down a full pant size. I'm still about 50lbs to go; but slow and steady wins the race! I feel better and better each week!0

            On Jan 1st I weighed 253lbs, joined mpf on 12 Jan 12. Since then I lost 31 lbs and went from 42 to just under a 38 waist. Feel great, eating healthy and hitting gym 5 days a week. Good luck and remember we are all different when it comes to losing weight. Don't be discouraged if you feel you are not getting similar results.0
