First off, AWESOME!!!!!!! You look amazing!! Now please don't break my heart and tell me you had an arm lift or a tummy tuck!! Your skin looks amazing!! That's an issue I worry about is the loose skin from weight loss!! After I have my baby I will have about 50 pounds to lose!! I am hoping my skin will bounce back too!!!0

Congratulations for not stopping half-way through. At some point along the way, you must have felt like you were already looking pretty darn good and you could have easily decided that that was good enough. I know I don't have the same motivation to lose the last 20 lbs as I did to lose the first 50. The photos of your progress along the way show that, although it comes off little by little, dramatic changes are possible if you just stick with it. Way to go!0

when will i ever get there0

Awesome story and great results. I think most of us with a nice bit to lose struggle with the "is it really possible" question and usually can't see results initially, even through they are there.
Wish you the best!0 -

I am just starting my weight loss journey as well...I have a 5.2 frame..and about 300 pounds to loose..it does look pretty grim right now...but i am not giving up...i really dont want to have surgery. i want to take it one day at a time..and not push to hard focus on the eating right then when that is accomplished focus more on the exercise. I have been doing a low imapct aerobics with yourself fitness for playstation 2. I started at five minutes now i am up to 7 min 30 sec. i know it does not sound like much but i am a sit a whole lot..and i am not in a wheel chair..i wont let my self get to that point..And every little bit counts for something...in my opinion. i am staying on an 1800 calorie diet...which just starting on may 1 it has been very hard to not eat at night...because i am a night person anyways..but i am not giving up...and i hope no one else does either..i want to be a light for God and to others around me that with Gods help all things are possible...and loosing weight is no exception.0

OH MY GOODNESS wow thats fantastic great job i was 190 and it took me two years to get to 145. Did you go on a specific diet or exercise plan or just kinda do your own thing?0
-
my main goal is to fit comfortably in dr office seat..those stupid chairs that are made for small people..its very uninviting to someone my size. and i would love to do my fitness tape the whole 15 minutes...those are small goals that i am reaching for right now.0

Did you (or anyone else here who has lost 100+ lbs) have problems with excess skin? I'm young and because of that everyone keeps telling me as I loose the skin will snap back, but this stuff has been stretched out for a looooooong time.0
