Before/After BELLY pics???

<quote>The below is a copy and paste cuz I get that question a lot, lol.... hope it helps you
I myself never thought I would be able to get rid of my belly until I read an article which talked about the importance of getting off the floor to accomplish stomach fat burn - at first I was thinking these people are crazy but as you can tell they were right... when you do crunches you are developing the ab muscle but not burning the fat covering that muscle - but I won't get too much in to that.
So... no matter what exercise you are doing, always and I mean ALWAYS have your core engaged (stand up straight and suck in that belly) - on the treadmill, while lifting weights... ALWAYS...
Here are some of the exercises I do -cable machine (I am not sure if you use the gym or not) it is the motion what really works so free weights are ok...

Cruches on a stability ball holding a weight straight up over you chest
Standing side crunch - weight over head as if pulling down to the side as I lift straight to the side the leg of the same side (hope you understand that explanation, lol)
it will take time to see the results... there is plenty of fat that accumulates to the mid section. Drink plenty of water and if you have any stressors learn how to fight them - via working out, music, what every you have to do - I can tell when i am stress, my mid section blows up immediately </quote>
Thanks so much for this! I'll have to try these moves when I go to the gym tomorrow (I'm teaching a Zumba class tonight or else I'd do it tonight).0 -

First month I did tons of cardio. About 7 hrs a week- Zumba/running 3-4 miles/calisthenics. Netted around 1200 on average
Second month I did about 1-1.5 hrs of cardio a week, and about 40 min a day of heavy lifting 3x a week. Netting around 1600-2200 depending on whether it's a lift or non-lift day.
ETA: I keep my macros at 30P/25F/45C0 -

I worry about my belly, I started as a size 18 and now can fit into a 12. I have lost off my bottom, waist, hips, bust, arms which I can see but my belly is still there. The thing Is I cant see it getting it smaller but it must be, it's the last thing to go apparently?0

My belly and boobs are the last thing to go on me. My boobs are just now starting to shrink and I noticed today that my stomach is getting flatter, so be patient, it'll happen for ya... Keep at it, 18 down to 12 is great!0 -
