I'm taking a rare day off and only doing things I want to. Today it was pulling weeds in my lovely vegetable garden.0

Getting ready to do some Tae Bo, Boot Camp, and maybe hit the Wii for some fun!0

total body (p90x2) at 5:30 this morning, ab ripper (p90x2) when I get home from work.. :-) depending if I am going to boyfriends dads house for a bbq, otherwise I am staying home to play with my puppies0

40 minute walk this morning and maybe another walk or activity this evening0

I just finished with Max Cardio Conditioning with Insanity. I think I am going to try to clean my house this afternoon.... if my 5 year old lets me. lol0

Gentle yoga this morning and a walk at lunch time. I have a sports massage booked for later so I didn't want to go too crazy.0

Boot Camp and probably some step later on today should give me a nice 650-700 calorie burn0

This morning I did level 1 of 30 day shred and tonight I'm off to a Zumba class at the gym0

Today is my last workout in stage 1 of New Rules of Lifting for Women! I may do the "bonus" routines to finish out the week (for sh!tz-n-grinz) and start stage 2 next week. Hooray for stage 2!0
