    I'm taking a rare day off and only doing things I want to. Today it was pulling weeds in my lovely vegetable garden.

    total body (p90x2) at 5:30 this morning, ab ripper (p90x2) when I get home from work.. :-) depending if I am going to boyfriends dads house for a bbq, otherwise I am staying home to play with my puppies

    I just finished with Max Cardio Conditioning with Insanity. I think I am going to try to clean my house this afternoon.... if my 5 year old lets me. lol

    Gentle yoga this morning and a walk at lunch time. I have a sports massage booked for later so I didn't want to go too crazy.

    Boot Camp and probably some step later on today :) should give me a nice 650-700 calorie burn :)

    Today is my last workout in stage 1 of New Rules of Lifting for Women! I may do the "bonus" routines to finish out the week (for sh!tz-n-grinz) and start stage 2 next week. Hooray for stage 2!
  • Just did a 3.5 run. About to do a bike ride. Probably 12 miles or so.

    Golfed - 9 holes and carried the clubs. And I stink at it - so I walked a lot farther than the 2089 yards the course measures out to.....
