Believe in yourself. You are destined to do something wonderful with your life.
Don't stop exercising! Stay fit!
You're going to get your heart broken, and it'll feel like the worst day of your life, but you WILL get over it and be the better off for it.
Appreciate your grandparents. They won't be here forever.
Cut the people hurting you out of your life. You deserve better.

Whatever you do... do NOT apply for administrative jobs... you'll be stuck in paperwork hell forever! Oh... and take on the student loan debt. It will totally be worth it.0

This is to my 17 yr old self:
Gym class isn't social hour -- no, really....it isn't lol :laugh: ( I would literally dress out for gym... stretch and sit down to talk. Luckily, my gym teacher didn't take that out on me since I was a senior and had more than enough credits to graduate, but wanted to enjoy being a kid for a while longer)
You are fine just the way you are... you are NOT fat...
When you are 24 the most amazing little boy will be born & change your life

I would tell myself to *not* go to the expensive private school that sucked which I failed out of due to anxiety and depression. I would tell myself, go straight to community college, then enlist in the Air Force. Oh, and don't screw up your relationship by sleeping with someone else.

Get on a bicycle and ride it... ...a lot. Keep lifting weights, but don't try to go all extreme. Oh, and take care of your body. If you make it to 40, all of those injuries are going to pile up and HURT.0

I'd tell myself to slow down. Learn to like who you are. don't rush into relationships. Get the most of your education. find what you really want to do and do it, don't do it because you feel obligated to do it. have some fun, let loose a little. Enjoy the next few years of your life doing what you'd like to do.0

Don't listen to Dad, you ARE worth being loved. You are not fat at 107lbs and good girl for not doing what he wanted you to when you made that life changing "mistake". Stop trying to make him proud of you, it isn't going to happen. Love yourself and don't regret the mistakes you make because they make you the stronger person you become. Just let it go!0 -

I would tell myself - You're really smart when it comes to school and your career will be great so don't change anything there... but don't be so hard on yourself in relationships. It's ok to expect someone to do things for you. It's ok to ask for help and support. It's ok to demand what you want. Most important - Don't be afraid to not be in a relationship because you're a great person so you'll never truly be alone.0
