How did you do in May? Week 5 is almost over. 2 more days to work it!! I see many of us stuck it out this month!! Great job sticking it out!! You all are doing so good!! We are rocking out those workouts and burning off those pounds.:bigsmile: Keep up the good work!! :flowerforyou:
I am thankful I had a very good month. I made my goal 4 out of 5 weeks!! and this week I may finally get 360 min which is hard for me to do without going to the gym. Last month I tried to get to the gym more and I did that. (Goal was to go 3 days a week-did not happen)
This month I am going to shoot for no less than 2 days a week. Last month I made it at least 1 to 2 times a week. This month I want to increase to 2 to 3 days a week and get 360 min at least 2 weeks out of 4.
Please share any success you have had or goals you have for June. I will post the June MOVE-IT challenge for June Sunday evening.

My knee seems to be OK if I stick to Aquafit, upper body weights and 30 minutes of walking. I hope to slowly up the length of my walks next month.0 -
