How many calories you NET per day: 800-1200 depending on exercise (Though Mondays I struggled to net many calories as my exercise often exceeds my daily goal!, I always try to eat my 'goal calories' but seldom eat my exercise calories, not through intentional restriction, but just not being able to fit them in. I eat a lot of fruit/veg so I pack plenty in.
