How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: Ok, don't yell at me. Wait, per week? Because per day is pretty excessive to some people. I exercise every day. It looks like it averages to about 35 hours a week but it's mostly only walking (I've started back on doing minimal strength training tho) and I'm incredibly lazy when I'm not exercising (desk job and/or sitting on my butt watching tv or on the computer at night). And I like to eat. A LOT.0 -
