    How many calories you NET per day: currently 1400, was at 1600 when I was working out, would eat back exercise calories.
    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes:
    currently none, I am recovering from a SCAD heart attack that happened on June 4th (Basically my artery wall collapsed, causing a blockage from platelets.) I start rehab next Tuesday. Before that, I was doing Chalean Extreme and working out 5 days per week. I plan to get back to working out several days/week, but lighter lifting than what I was previously doing, just to be on the safe side. Dr. said lifting may or may not have caused the dissection. I'll never know.

    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: I work out at least 1 hour (60 mins) every day. On Mondays, Saturdays & Sundays, up to 2 hours (120 mins).
