currently none, I am recovering from a SCAD heart attack that happened on June 4th (Basically my artery wall collapsed, causing a blockage from platelets.) I start rehab next Tuesday. Before that, I was doing Chalean Extreme and working out 5 days per week. I plan to get back to working out several days/week, but lighter lifting than what I was previously doing, just to be on the safe side. Dr. said lifting may or may not have caused the dissection.
