    Tues: calories burned: (Rest Day) off to a bad start I know but I didnt expect to be so sore and weak from my Sat and Sun workouts lol, Ill make it up though:)

    Wed: calories burned: 1,252 Total. ( C25K, Shadow Boxing, Zumba & Calisthenics) Hurt my left leg running today so no more C25K for me this week:(

    i burn around 650 calories monday to friday just walking to and from work as well as working out on my cross trainer 4-5 times a week so i think i'm already burning way above that and its not even hard work :)

    Mon: ZERO CALORIES BURNED (terrible start I KNOW! The hubby and I have quit drinking....had a 'last blow out' Sunday so I was not quite in a condition to...well move Monday. I do not foresee that anytime in the future again though. LOL baby steps)

    Tues: 480 Calories burned (Insanity Asylum- Speed and Agility- 240 cal....Jogging/walking uphill 35 min- 180 cal.....yoga 30 min-60 cal)

    Wed: 550 (Insanity Asylum-Strength (46 minutes)- 275 cals (minimum!!)….. elliptical ~crossramp 14, difficulty 14~35 minutes- 275 calories)

    Thur: 250 (Insanity Asylum- Back 2 Core.....45 min.)

    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
