    It says right in the book...choose a power circuit, after a month, choose a new circuit and increase weights.. Keeps your body from plateauing. 3 months worth of workouts. Let's call them A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3. Do A1 on Mon, B1on Wed, then C1 on Friday!

    I don't know how I missed that after the gazillion times I read it. Thanks for that!

    This morning I way overslept, so I did Tae Bo II 16 minute workout and burned 142 cals. Maybe something that involved punching wasn't a good idea, because my chest and tri's are sore from yesterday!

    Sore is good! I bet the punching actually made your muscles feel a bit better.

    I don't know, they're still sore today! Chest anyway, not my triceps. Not complaining, though! :smile: I did something to my elbow last week doing renegade rows when the weight rolled out as I was putting it back down. It was kinda painful doing curls this morning. I keep forgetting to ice it.

    This morning I did....Jackie Warner B1 (back, hammies, biceps, core), 36 mins, 248 cals.

    Today my workout plan is p90 Day 3 and depending on the impact of today's workout maybe a jog this evening. Hoping for more strength in p90 which I think today is.

    12pm On day 3 of Insanity second time around using 5 pound wrist weights... a zumba class at 5:30pm and then roller derby endurance trainging practice at 7pm :o) wensdays are my tough day :o)

    -- My first post in this thread --

    I walked one of our dogs this morning, about 1.5 miles, (Typically, I don't log dog walking as exercise in MFP since she likes to stop and explore, so its not much exertion).

    I rode my bike to the gym (about 3 minute ride), and did a 50 minute Pilates class (oh, my aching abds).
    I signed up for the spin class and hopped on a bike for a 30 minute ride before the class started (the room wasn't in use) and then the class - so I had 90 minutes on the spin bike.
    Then, ride bike back home (another 3 minute ride).

    Tomorrow is strength training.

    Burn those calories!

    Did a one hour Zumba class right after working 8h overtime today. Whoo-hoo for not being a lazy bum today!

    30 minutes of Zumba and 20 of flow yoga. Will likely go for a walk this evening with a weighted backpack as I am training for a big backpacking trip. :)
