Going to the park this afternoon with my niece where I will be running us both through a workout routine i devised that combines calisthenics, resistance band work, medicine ball training, and jumping rope.0

I did 20 minutes on one of those AMT machines at the gym.

Hour (+) walk around the parks & ponds with my pooch.... and we have a double header slow pitch softball game scheduled tonight!0

Did 45 minutes of circuit training this morning at 5am! It's amazing how great i feel after an early morning workout. Love it!0

However long it takes to play 2 sets in a tennis match. Usually 1.5 hours. Love every minute of it.

Hill Sprints and a cardio interval of jumping jacks, squats, crunches and push ups 5x.... Usually by the end of this combo (intervals and hill sprints) I am DRENCHED in sweat and burn about 8-900 calories in an hour and a half. LOVE IT!0

Welcome to the newbies. Great thread to stay in touch with.
Yesterday was strength training using Javkie Warner 30 day fast start. Pyramid training...not sure if I liked it.
Today was cardio. I tried my hand at P90X CardioX. Different in a good way. I am going to take baby steps with that program an see if I can do it.0 -

Today was 50 mins of elliptical intervals0 -
I walk 30 min in the morning when arriving for work, 30 min at lunch, then hit the gym after work, 15 min on elliptical, 25-45 on the treadmill, walking or running intervals, then weight machines every other day.
I do some dips when I get home and an arm workout from Youtube.0 -
