    Hello everyone!!

    Are you all ready for the weekend? I am!! What are you plans for exercise? Well here we are again at week 4 and week 4 I like to challenge the group to burn at least 2500 calories. So for those who want to participate I challenge you to burn a minimum of 2500 calories.

    The minimum is 2500 but the old challenge was 2500 to 3500+ You pick, you decide. If not just continue to keep track of minutes and have a wonderful weekend!! and remember to keep MOVING!!:flowerforyou: Keep up the good work!

    OMG!! I am thrill that this challenge has helped me to stay focus in my Brazilian Butt Lift program Monday - Saturday, but also to incorporate a extra cardio.. Overall the scale is moving to my favor!

    May was fun...I'm in for June! Husband's family reunion coming up July 13th--15th. Six weeks from June 4th. I will be down at least 10 pounds by then. Must get into my skinny jeans!

    Welcome!! July will be posted next Sunday or very late Saturday. I will post the thread on here so look out for it for sure on Sunday! You can always do the last week with us also. People jump in on Monday's all the time. Why wait until July? Join us for week # 4
