I hurt my back recently, so I haven't been able to do my usual daily run. I've been having to mix it up a bit with exercises that don't hurt my back instead.
Today I did:
- 40 min bike ride
- 150 sit-ups
- 55 min walk with my dog0 -
JM Yoga Meltdown
Swimming
Ups & downs on the stairs0 -
As I type this to you all, I'm drenched in sweat and a bit shaky from...
That's right, you guessed it, 15x30 second sprints with 1 minute rests in between.0 -
I kind of have a crazy work schedule, so I either go out for a 75-80 minute walk (2.8-3.0 miles) or I get on the ellipitical for about 20 minutes (with resistance) if I don't have enough time to dedicate to walking. I try to do this at least 4-5 times a week.
I really need to start doing toning/strength training exercises, but I haven't bought any weight sets yet.
Plus, I try to move around as much as possible while I'm at work.0 -

Jackie Warner Routine B1 (back, hamstrings, tri's, core), 39 mins, 227 cals. I feel like I should stop for a while because my left elbow hurts like a you-know-what when I extend my arm or bend it with a weight in my hand, but I'm being stubborn. My weight rolled outward when I put it down during renegade rows and I guess I pulled something?0
