Boxing, Heavy bag - 10 mins.
Cool down exercise bike ride - 2.5 miles
Sunrise Yoga - 28 mins.
Wii Zumba Fitness 2 - 54 mins.
Still need to do another 8 - 10 miles on the bike0 -

15 minutes of abs, 2 sets of 12-15 with each exercise. 3x15 each of forward straight arm raises, arnold press, lunges, squats, calf raises, and kickbacks. finished off with 65 minutes on the arc trainer0
