Cool down exercise bike ride - 2.5 miles
Sunrise Yoga - 28 mins.
Wii Zumba Fitness 2 - 54 mins.
Still need to do another 8 - 10 miles on the bike0 -

I do sun salutations and a bit of primary series first thing every morning (ashtanga yoga), and then take the dog for a brisk 20 minute walk.
Today I'm working, so I'll be walking around all day and doing some moderately heavy lifting, and I walk to and from work (40 minutes round trip), and then I'll walk the dog again in the evening.0
