    I put on an old pair of jean shorts that used to be tight on me. . .I didn't even have to unbutton or unzip - the slid on over my hips and now there's a wide gap in the waist! That was pretty exciting!

    10 mile bike, 2 mile run as a final prep for my triathalon next weekend (500m swim, 13.5 mile bike, 3.1mile run) and feeling like I had good strength left when I finished!

    I put on a size 22 denim short that I bought last year (even though they did not fit...but would get into them!) and they FIT! Perfectly! From a size 28 3 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!
