    I'm a little inconsistent, but I need to get better.

    Today I'm over 16,000, and the day's not over yet!

    My daughter and her family move in with us on Saturday. I'm scurrying around trying to get ready.
    It might be hard to keep this up after they are settled in.
    THAT's when the challenge will begin! :)

    Actually, yes, I do wear my pedometer 24/7!
    The Polar Active tells me how active I've been in a day: Steps. Calories. How active I've been: Very easy (sitting) Easy (standing.) Moderate (walking). Vigorous (Jogging). Vigorous+ (Running). The main menu tells me the day, date, time and how active I've been. (It only counts Moderate, Vigorous and Vigorous+)
    I wear it to bed, because when you take 24 hours, and subtract the time for Very Easy through Vigorous+, it's supposed to be how much you slept. If you toss and turn a lot, you aren't as rested, and it shows!

    This has bee a challenging week. Exercise time has disappeared in to work, trying to get a car fixed, having to buy a new washer, driving my youngest around... Vacation is next week! I see some long morning walks to get my step count up :)
