Plateau smashed!
1 week into moving from 1400 calories to 2053, in 1 week I've shifted just over 5.4lbs and also dropped inches! Well chuffed, long may it continue :drinker:

taking a baby step plunge

Will this work without working out?
Am I understanding this correctly: if I eat my cut value (TDEE -15%) every day I should slowly lose weight whether I work out or not?? Because I'm super tired tonight and would like to go to bed early but won't if I need to work my way back down to BMR to keep things trending in the right direction.

How to have a deficit while still eating BMR?
My BMR is 1680 and my workouts burn 600-900 daily. How do I eat back those calories and still have a deficit? Or is this way of thinking wrong? I feel like I am burning so much for nothing when I eat them back. Maybe I should just weight train and forget about the cardio.

Reset/TDEE/exercise question
So I set my daily calorie goal to my TDEE. I just logged exercise. Do I pay attention to the "food" column to make sure I've eaten my TDEE and not my net column....leaving me with calories left over for the day according to MFP? This is my second day on reset and first day where I worked out. I just want to double check :)
