Question about BMR numbers and different calculators?
OK...so what IS the difference between the number that you get at Scooby's Workshop and the Katch-McArdle number that you get at Fat2FitRadio? The K-M number I get is wildly different than the Scooby number.....by almost 600 calories. Which is better and why?

Bodymedia Fit and sleep - what does yours show?
I got my BMF a couple weeks ago and am amazed at the sleep tracking results. It seems I don't sleep very well. The most sleep efficient I have been is 80%, and that was only once. Maybe I've missed it, but it seems like we should eat our BMR at a minimum while I see people advocating for netting BMR rather than just eating BMR. For me personally I just make sure I eat BMR. BMF a lot lower than HRM?
I JUST figured out how to check a certain time period for calories on my BMF (I'm technically slow. LOL!) The calorie count is WAAAAYYYY off from my HRM. I'm having a problem in working this out.... If my TDEE is 2,301 and I deduct 15% = 1,956 which I eat as calories and ignore eating back my exercise calories. So far, so good.
