Adderall. LOL. But I'm prescribed it for having a raging case of ADHD. Don't abuse amphetamines, y'all.

I have no plans for a vacation, but I would LOVE to visit Australia, Croatia, England, Poland, Germany (I would love to see a lot of the WW2 sites), Hawaii, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Alaska at some point. In the meanwhile, my vacation days will be spent going to Baton Rouge and New Orleans as my boyfriend is moving…

I use the Moving Comfort Maya bra. It is pretty nice. I have heard the Fiona is better but I was able to get the Maya SUPER CHEAP so I tried that first and I've gone through a few so far.

I would suggest getting No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and alternating them each day. NMTZ is like a lot of the strength moves in those two DVDs you completed, and BFBM is a lot of the cardio/core moves from them. They are both about 45 minutes long and TOUGH, but both are really fun!

I agree!! I run 20-25 miles a week, lift weights 2-3x a week, and I *STILL* cannot believe how sore I am after doing this workout. The first two circuits are absolutely killer, but the results have been great!

I had a pair of boots that told this exact story!!! When I first started losing weight (235lbs high) I could not wear socks with these boots and barely could zip them up. I lost 20lbs and then they started getting looser. Now I am down 60lbs at 175 and I run and do plyometric cardio all of the time and I can feel them…

My pet peeve is when people order a filet mignon well done. Might as well go to the sporting goods store and just put salt on a hockey puck. Same thing kinda with prime rib. I know that everyone is entitled to their heating preferences, but to me it is just a waste and detracts a lot from those cuts of meat.

Amazing job!! :) You are the poster child for diet and moderation!!!

I am a pretty avid runner, and I do a lot of strength training and circuit training as well. There are also some days that I do the elliptical to give my knees some rest. I have already lost 60lbs doing this, and I have 15-20 more to go to hit my goal weight. I have a HRM and that has definitely put my elliptical use into…

When I was in college I was sick ALL OF THE TIME. Granted I smoked, drank heavily 4x a week and ate terribly, but it was almost comical. In my four years at school, I had strep throat 4x, bronchitis 8x, pneumonia 1x, the SWINE FLU 1x, constant sinus infections and numerous kidney/bladder infections. My friends all joked…

I call my grandma "Oma". She is Croatian, but I am pretty sure that is a Dutch/German thing. My Opa was German so that makes sense :)

Hi everyone! I was diagnosed and treated OFFICIALLY with ADD about three years ago when I was 20. As a kid, my doctor diagnosed me and recommended medicine as treatment, but my parents objected. When I was diagnosed, I was worried about graduating and being able to find a job so I went to the doctor because I thought I was…

Like other posters before me have said, I think I will wait until there are more games out to buy this console. I am scared of how expensive those damn controllers will be. I am hoping for a Mario Kart, Zelda, Mario Party, Super Mario Galaxy and a Donkey Kong title for this console.

Hi tall girls! I am about 6'0'' and I currently weigh about 178. When I started on MFP, I weighed about 220 and was about 240 before I started. My goal weight is 160-165lbs. I am a big weight lifter and at 178 I am a size 10 pants and shirt size medium/large. I am a medium frame and have an apple body shape (big boobs,…

Hi Kristen! I personally have had the best luck with longer sleeve coats at either New York and Company or JCPenney. My coat last year was only $75 and it is extremely long, a purple Worthington peacoat. I tried one on at NY and CO for $140 that I may go back and buy, they have ridiculous sales all of the time and I can…

Fitting into jeans I could fit in at my lowest recorded adult weight...and I'm still almost 20lbs heavier than I was back then!

There are some nice running shorts that are on the tight side but not too tight you can get at target. I don't like pants because they will ride up and flood. They do wonders!

I also love Ripped in 30 by Jillian (very similar to 30DS but I think its actually harder). There are two other DVDs by her I do regularly, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. You know the cardio and strength moves you do in 30DS? NMTZ is basically a lot of the strength/ab moves you do (but a LOT more)…

My first name is extremely common. I had a class of about 180 graduating at my Catholic HS, and there were 12 Sara(h)s. I was the only one without an H, and the only one with a nickname. My last name is not super common in the USA, but it is apparently the 2nd or 3rd most in my native Poland. Every time I introduce myself…

I have to chime in on this as a former coworkers of yours...do you guys still get that amazing toffee and cookies around the holidays? :)

I find it very interesting that the Dutch are making a statement on this board! Ironically, my boyfriend's mom found herself a Dutch boyfriend recently, she is quite tall herself :) I am Polish, German and Croatian. All of my Polish relatives are 5'8 and smaller, and all of my German relatives are the same. My Croatian…

I second both of these and also add Ripped in 30 by Jillian. Ripped in 30 is more "core" focused than 30 Day Shred is. There are a lot of plank/ab moves and a lot of the strength moves that are done require hand weights, but they find a way to work the core as well.

I am 6'0, frame is somewhere between medium/large, and I currently weigh 185. At my current weight I am a size 10 or 12 in pants and I am happy with how I look, but I still have a bit of a tummy and would like to get rid of that. My goal weight is whatever weight I am when I lose the belly fat and can confidently wear a…

22 and 6'0 here :)

I do once or twice a week, if I have evening plans. I am able to work from home once a week, so that is really nice to be able to work out before work, not worry about showering, and just shower during my lunch break. I feel that I have so much more energy during the day if I work out first, and it is SO nice to be able to…

One time I was at a Cubs game at Wrigley Field. There was a long line to the bathroom and there was a TV playing the game that was visible from the line. The lady in front of me was obviously wearing a Cubs game and I asked her who the Cubs were playing and if they were home or away. I WAS AT THE GAME.
