Discouraged...why do I even work out 3-4 times a week for hour or more!?!?

Fat burn vs Fitness burn on Polar FT7 HRM

Heart rate while working out
I have a Polar FT7 I wear to the gym for my workouts. My issue is, I usually get my heartrate up to over 160 or more when doing the ellipitical machine for 30 min. Loose skin after meeting your weigh loss goal

From 270 to 144 and a year with MFP!
A year ago today I joined MFP and weighed 270 pounds. In a year I have lost 126 pounds and around 55 inches! Not done yet, I want to get to 130 and then maintain for my 5'4" height. So thankful for MFP and all the friends I have made on here. If I ever figure out how to post pics on here I will post before and after ones.
