Isn’t it time that this app spends more in getting a better response time. I’ve been using this app for years and the time it takes to log in data has consistently declined

Diverticulosis
In June I had an attack of diverticulitis. Very painful! Spent 4 days in hospital. Never want to do that again. I learned that one of the causes of diverticulosis is obesity. Even though I've lost a total of 100 lbs, I'm still considered obese. So, I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs more to get within a healthy weight range.

Macros not adding up correctly in the app
Hello, Macros for food items aren't adding up correcting in my daily diary. Fat and protein are both way overestimated and underestimated. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. This just started today. Pictures included below.

AI friends?
Does anyone know if this site uses artificial intelligence to create “friends” on here or if AI spam is being used by a nefarious source? I have a “friend” who all of their answers are very canned responses. It’s like talking to a therapist, very robotic like.

Fitness is fun😁
The hour long combination of high cardio/kickboxing (or boxing) really made my whole body sore as opposed to my regular elliptical/calisthenics workout. Plus I dropped 2 pounds in 2 days! Yaay! Fun stuff!

How do you figure
I want to make sure I am calculating my calories correctly...tonight, I had 1/2 of cooked long grain rice. On the bag it states 1/4 dry rice is 160 calories. I Google calories for cooked rice and it states 205 calories for 1 cup cooked rice. So did just intake 320 calories or 102.5 calories of rice?

MFP sync with Fitbit
It is really frustrating me that sync from with Fitbit has become random. Most days MFP is now showing the previous days step count with no calories earned. It works properly maybe a couple of times a week even though the Check-In page shows my actual steps today, the dashboard on the app shows yesterday's and no calories…

Calorie count
Is there a way to decrease the calorie count for the day? Mine is set on 1500 I’m assuming based on my weight but I would like to stay at 1200 calories a day. Anyway to change this setting?

Can't sleep

Different calorie count
Why am I seeing two different calorie counts for food? Let’s say steamed broccoli. One says such and such and the other(chopped) says something else? I have fallen off the band wagon and gotten a little fluffy and want to get started again. Any tips/tricks to reboots would be greatly appreciated.
