Plus they're low cal. However, I was looking at the nutritionals today and all it says is that the nutritional info includes white or…

Vitamin help...
I recently began taking a vitamin and it makes me feel sick almost instantly. I even take it after a meal. This morning for example I took it with an apple and a glass of water and within 10 minutes, I feel like I am going to throw up. Any suggestions? I thought about taking it before bed, but I wouldn't even have enough…

My heart went into my throat!
I went out to eat this weekend with a friend. I was going to splurge but I was trying to keep the main dish down in calories, so I picked some thing off the WW side of the menu thinking I would be safe. (We were at Applebee's.) I ate half of the Fiesta Lime Chicken meal and thought I was being smart by bringing the rest of…

changing setting carbs vs protein
MFP has set my cals at 80% carbs. 10% fats and Proteins. Is there a way to change it to let's say 50, 20, 30. I am always over my protein allowance and under my carbs. Plus I find it is way to many carbs for me.

Gardenburgers... Where Are Yoooooooou????
If you've been having a hard time finding Gardenburgers this summer, that could be because there was a bit of a mess going on with the acquisition of the company by Kellogg's. We'd heard rumors that some burgers may have been recalled due to contamination during construction at the manufacturing plants (um, YIKES!). But we…

So according to our BMR calculator, My BMR is 1,201 calories. My daily caloric intake should be (according to MFP) 1,270. Listen to my body or look at the number?
Do I always want to go by the numbers? For example: if I workout and am extra hungry and go over by 50-100 calories, or am less hungry and go under by 100-200 calories, but over the course of a week or so I'm about on target is that healthy? I've always taught my children to listen to their stomach and stop when they are…

I happened into a Smart & Final this evening for dinner idea and picked up some Super Pops. They look like the Big Stick pops you get in the frozen pops section.
