Tracking Over/Under Daily vs. Weekly
Hi, Maybe I'm missing this function. I'm on the free version but will probably go to the premium version (been on it before). I often enter my meals for the whole day ahead of time because I'm busy like all of you and take a lunchbox to work. I was UNDER by 600 calories yesterday but as I tracked it today I'm over 83.…

I’ve been within my calorie goal almost every day for 2 weeks. I’ve been in the fitness mindset since January 1st. I went to the doctor today &…

Help with Calorie deficiency
I'm trying to figure out if what I'm doing is good for weightloss. According to my weight goal on MFP it says I should be taking in 2500 calories a day. Today I am around 1100 intake and a net of 300. Should I up my intake or just roll with it? I feel good and my hunger is satisfied.

Exercise and weight spikes
I’m doing very well since 1/1, but I see a definite trend: I do bigger workouts on certain days, and these are often followed by a 1-2lb weight spike the next day. (An exception is if I do cardio and don’t properly hydrate.) This is kind of new as I get older. I associate it with a little swelling, which goes away in…

Getting in Shape for My Wedding: A Journey, Not a Crash Course
So, I’m officially in wedding prep mode—but instead of focusing on flowers and seating charts, I’m channeling my energy into feeling my best for the big day. Not just for the photos, but for me. I’ve been on a fitness journey already (130 lbs down and counting!), but with the wedding ahead, I’m tightening things up. Not…

Yo-yo dieter all my life.
I have lost considerable amounts of weight through out my adult life. But gained it all back. Dieting I can do, but sustainable maintenance is what I find hard. Is anyone the same. I’m going to try it different this time. Just health eating and not taking too much notice of calories, but will log them. Starting a fitness…

Carnivore Yes or No?
Good morning all, So i have been a Yoyoer for many, many years and have tried every diet under the sun! I have done plenty of research and cannot come up with a definitive answer on The Carnivore Diet. Everything I have learned screams no! But after 30days of actually following it, the results kind of speak for themselves.…

People taking weight loss drugs
Hi folks. Just curious. If you are taking one of the weight loss drugs are you still logging and counting calories? and if so how many calories are you actually consuming a day. Does it work out fairly stable and around the same every day or does it vary wildly depending on how you feel on the day.

1850 calories stuck at 143 lbs.
I am 5'5 and have been stuck at 143lbs for the last year. I went from eating 2300 calories a day, to now an average of 1850. My weight hasn't changed at all and I do not see evidence of body re-comp. I used to be 125lbs on 1800 calories so this is confusing to me. I am just as active, measure my food, account for…
