I want to lose weight and get toned. Been two months since I started this journey but I have only lost 1kg. (86-85)kg. My goal weight is 60kg. Exercise for a hour 6times a week. I don’t track my diet but I eat in moderation.What am I doing wrong and what can I do differently?

Since January of this year I've lost 47 pounds but in the last 2 months my weight been stuck. But I'm starting again today drinking protein shakes and exercising.
