Can I realistically reach my glute/toning goals at home with dumbbells up to 15kg?
Iām a 27 y/o woman, 157cm tall, currently 51kg. My main goal is glute growth ā aiming for a 7ā12cm increase (from ~93cm hips to around 100ā105cm), plus overall toning and some upper body definition. I havenāt trained in years, but I plan to work out consistently 3ā4x/week. I already have a diet and workout plan in place.ā¦

Are PowerBlock Free Weights Outdated?
Does anyone have these weights? I was told they were good and adjustable, and I am thinking about buying them at my house. When I use them though sometimes they cut into my wrist weird. Stress keeps the weight off
Trying to gain weight. I'm 5'1" 100 lbs and I rarely go above 103 lbs. Stressful situations have caused lack of hunger, then causes lack of energy to work out. Anytime I gain, I'm so glad. But if stress pops up in my life, it's back down almost immediately. What do you do to induce hunger or motivation during stress?

Getting sick on a bulk
How on earth do u recover from being sick on a bulk, every time I get sick I tend to lose a bunch of weight which basically resets my entire bulk because of motivation. Is there anyway to keep bulking or even maintain while ur sick?
