trouble maintaining ideal weight
I am a 72-year-old woman. I am 5'2" and 111 lbs. I want to maintain 111 lbs. I walk 4-5 miles per day at 3.0 mph. I eat from 1350-1450 calories per day. I have trouble maintaining 111 lbs. It seems unlikely that I would gain weight but if I go over 1350 calories I gain a pound. What am I missing?

Gained weight but fit into smaller clothes

Met my calorie limit but still hungry?
What should you do if you've already eaten your calorie allowance for the day, but still feel hungry? Should you eat or wait til tomorrow? I'm pretty new to mfp, I mainly got it to make sure that I'm not eating too much or too little and to make sure I get enough protein because I don't eat meat.
