I used Fitday for years doing Atkins "by the book". I was horrified when my database just vanished. Shame on them! Help! How to get nice thin leggy legs that look good in leggings?
I struggle with my legs being a sort of upside down triangle, and it looks terrible and makes me feel terrible. My waist is significantly bigger than my legs and i do not like how it looks or feels. How can i fix this nicely? (Without consuming meat btw) Inspo pics! Such as below:

Just completed GLP treatment for weight loss. Lost a lot of weight but stopped injections due to side effects. Anxious about managing my cravings. Anyone else in this community experiencing similar circumstances? Just joined a gym. Love weight lifting & want to firm up.
