Rib cartilage popped on leg press
A few days ago I was doing the leg press machine using heavy weight. I was doing 5 sets of 5. I started at 220lbs and gradually increased. On my 4th set I was at 450lbs. Looking for suggestions to a GLP1 diet
Hi...I've been on Mounjaro to control my sugar and losing weight is a side effect. I have trouble getting in my protein (100-150 per day) and looking for suggestions. This medication has made huge strides in controlling my sugar in only a few months--although it's been over a year of taking it.
