Quinoa!
I've recently rediscovered my appreciation for quinoa! I made a large meal with quinoa, ground chicken, chili powder, cumin, black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, enchilada sauce, cheese and corn. I even added some greek yogurt by accident because I was trying to multi-task too much. It's so filling and each serving…

Frustrated adding recipes
I am having problems adding recipes from scratch. I love how MyFitnessPal matches free form ingredients. One nutrient I track closely is calcium. One recipe I entered from scratch displays a ridiculously high amount of calcium. When I look at the individual ingredients, it shows all sorts of items I'm not interested in,…

Can I delete all my recipes at once?
I hate to say it, but the recipe tab is worthless without a search option. I now have 4 pages of recipes that I've added and I want to just delete them all. I don't see where you can check the box and then click "delete" like you can on your normal food list. Is there an easier way to delete them all? Thank you.

Cookie Bars and Ingredient Swaps
My family really enjoys these cookie bars: https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/soft-chewy-chocolate-chip-cookie-bars/ I made a batch last night for the first time in a while. I can fit them into my calorie budget as they are, but I was thinking about ways I might adapt it to be a little less calorific. The concern I have is…

Cake Recipes for Babies?
I'm looking for healthy-ish recipes for a cake smash for my son. It's his first birthday coming up, and we have a cake smash photoshoot planned with a photographer. I'm not opposed to him having "regular" cake on his birthday, but he's not used to super-processed or greasy or sugary foods and I'm worried about him getting…

Have shreddies and cheerios gotten sweeter since the 70s?
I had a craving for food from my childhood--namely nuts and bolts. I bought whole grain shreddies and multigrain cheerio but was disappointed by the result because the cereals are much sweeter than I remember them. Is anyone aware if the formulation of shreddies and cheerios have gotten sweater in the last 30 or 40 years?…

Recipe nutrition calculation question
I created a pancake recipe that contains a quart of buttermilk. The buttermilk has 1800mg sodium per quart. The recipe makes 30 pancakes. Yonanas
I love love LOVE my Yonanas machine and use it almost every day in the summer. For calorie savings, I've been trying to get away from using frozen bananas; but then I miss the sweetness bananas add.
