Sylvia - concentrate on you for the next while. We want you well and rested. :flowerforyou:

    Margaret - Beautiful! <3

This evening I got an email from my old schoolfriend who is going to be at her flat on the coast next weekend. I have arranged to go down on the train to see her on Saturday. Hooray! Now I have something to look forward to.

Got to put the chilli in containers for the freezer, then bed.

    Today's joke of the day:

    :)

While walking down the street one day a US senator is tragically hit by a truck and dies. His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.

"Welcome to heaven," says St. Peter. "Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you."

"No problem, just let me in," says the man.

"Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from higher up. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity."

"Really, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven," says the senator.

"I'm sorry, but we have our rules." And with that, St.Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.

The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him. Everyone is very happy and in evening dress.

They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people. They play a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and champagne.

Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly & nice guy who has a good time dancing and telling jokes. They are having such a good time that before he realizes it, it is time to go. Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator raises.

The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens on heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him. "Now it's time to visit heaven."

So, 24 hours pass with the senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing.

They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns. "Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity."

The senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: "Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell."

So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell. Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage. He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in bags as more trash falls from above.

The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulder. "I don't understand," stammers the senator. "Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?"

The devil looks at him, smiles and says, "Yesterday we were campaigning....Today you voted."

Did 10 minutes of this "10 Minute Solution Pilates" DVD that I have . The plan for tomorrow is to do some HIIT (gotta torch those calories from Easter!)

    Janet
    - hope your lab work goes well. And the reward of shopping -- couldn't be better. Let us know what you take to the Moose

    naiomi
    - great NSV. Doesn't DH realize that it takes a while to cook a baked ham?

Cynthia - this sounds weird, but when I awake and my tongue feels "anesthetized", I've usually had a lot of carbs the day before, something that my body isn't used to

Mary - I'm jealous, you got such a good place. Congrats! Be sure to check out the weather for the entire year before deciding to move. depending on where in TX you are, it might not be humid now, but what is it like in august? When we moved to NC, Vince did a lot of research on the climate/weather conditions, etc. here. The last time there was a hurricane here was over 20 years ago (we are so far inland). There are some storms but they break up once they reach the mountains so we don't get them as fierce. It does get hot here, but very seldom does it get humid. Down side (well, sort of) is that even the mere mention of the word "snow" and people go into full blown panic mode. In some ways this is probably good, they don't know how to drive in snow so that keeps them off the roads (well, most of them anyway) I know you'll make the right decision

    pip
    - now that was mean of you with a capital "m" -- posting those pics. You had me thinking about running to the refrigerator. Those desserts!!!

katla - the only time I swim for exercise is when I go to the Y and use the deep end of their pool. To me, I just find it so so relaxing to just float in the pool listening to the waterfall.

Sylvia - you sure have your hands full with ds. Good luck on your colonoscopy. They're so much fun!!!!! When I had mine, I was told that I could eat/drink anything that you can read a newspaper thru, like jello (if I never see another jello, it'll be too soon for me), tea, water, etc.

terri - like pip, I very seldom do fast food places. As a matter of fact, I really can't remember the last time I ate at one, except for Subway.

Margaret - what lovely grand neice and nephew you have there. Those dimples, makes me want to just squeeze them

Exercised then went to pick up one of Loki's prescriptions. Then went to Food Lion to get some asparagus they had on sale. It really wasn't that good, too woody. Then Vince and I went to WalMart, he needed to get a few prescriptions and I bought just a few things we needed from there. Worked some more on the latch hook rug. Going to be keeping my eyes open for the crochet hook and yarn for the other tree skirt. Tonight is mahjongg.

Then tomorrow after exercise, "l'll take a "wash off the sweat" shower, then have to go to the church to count the money they get from their collections. Have a few more of the key lime cupcakes that I'll take there. Less to have in the house tempting me. Really, I'm not so much tempted but by the time Vince can get to them (he has cake to finish, Starburst jellybeans, and pizzelles) they might very well be stale. Afterwards I'll go to ceramics and hopefully finish painting the praying mantis. Then I'll probably have to go another day to put the glaze on and then it'll be fired.

Heather UK: Have you given thought of publishing your book in the e-book format? Not sure if there is even a difference.

Terri in Milwaukee: I would check the laws in your state on an expiration date for gift certificates. In most state that is illegal.

Sylvia: I’m sorry you’re having this situation with your son. My heart goes out to you. Sometimes they do make us want to pull our hair out by the roots, and they know which buttons to push.

    So….no snow as of yet…..halleluiah!

Heading to cook chicken for dinner…can’t wait.

Michele, they told me I could have jello, but nothing red or purple. Well, red jello is the only flavor I can choke down, so I don't think I'll be eating any jello. :'(

Call me crazy but I love to see other people happy and succeeding.

    Good Evening Ladies,

Pip, you ate all of that?? OMG. You could have shared some with us. yum

Katla, glad you had a good Easter. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for your taxes getting done and in the mail. The month is ticking away.

Yannie, I hope they warned you about the bruising. My friend that just had it done looked like I had beaten her with a baseball bat. It will improve every day. I’m just glad you had it taken care of.

Carey, I feel sure that menu planning will help when you go back to work. It is the only way I can know I’m eating the right amount of calories, although sometimes I come in under more than intended. Good luck with getting your things done. I do like the jar idea.

Peachstategal, if you want to get the closets done, remember the 15 minutes a day plan. I have been shocked at what I have accomplished and never get too worn out in just that amount of time.

Carol, okay, ya got me. :/ I went back and looked at my oat bran and it has 190 calories per ½ cup. If I take that times 6 it is 1140, plus the mix and egg, it comes out to 26 calories per mini-muffin or 112 per regular muffin. I sure liked it better the way I did it at first. Obviously, math is not my strong suit either??? LOL I got Bob’s the first time, but this time I ordered Bergin Fruit & Nut Company. It is a little coarser, which I like and it had the best price per ounce. I did buy 6 bags to get the best price and free shipping.

Sylvia, my heart goes out to you with the way your son is manipulating you. (Been there, done that.) I don’t know why we let them do it to us, but it must be in the Mother gene. If you are going to do all the work, it would have at least been nice if he had let you start early. I guess Julie doesn’t know how to clean an apartment, since she must not know how to help with a move. Geezzeee, I’m getting PO’d for you. My last colonoscopy prep was way easier and better than the time before. I’ll cross my fingers for you that this one is a breeze for you. ((Hugs)) I agree that Pip’s pictures were “food porn”. Lol Is that even allowed on this site??

Heather, Way to Go on keeping that pound off. Watch out or another one may just follow. On the book, I vote for normal paperback size. What is that, about 4 x 6?

Terri, Hooray for finding the gift certificate. I do hope they will give you an extension on the other one you found. I’m glad you are liking the tile. You keep talking about the ugly shade of green on the walls. Is there a reason not to paint it a color you like? Glad you can get back in your kitchen tomorrow. I’m sure that will be nice.

NMMargaret, love all the pictures. Beautiful children!!!

Chris, if I had carrot cake at home that is something I wouldn't be able to resist. Good plan to let others enjoy it.

Sylvia, so sorry about your DS. Sometimes we just can’t help our kids and they have to figure things out on their own. I’m sending best wishes for your upcoming procedure, including the prep. Think positive and take care of yourself and try not to worry about DS. (easy to say, but hard to do sometimes) Big ((((Huggs))))
Loved the joke. Sounds just like a salesman!

Heather, how nice that you will get to visit your friend. Have a wonderful time. <3

Michele, It’s funny you asked about the Moose. I had a Suddenly Salad mix from before beginning my journey, so decided to make it to get it out of the pantry. I never see any pasta salad there, so thought that would be a good change. You may have guessed by now that mine was one of four on the table tonight. LOL Very little was eaten so home it came for DH. What can I say? By the way, you are doing “food porn talk” by mentioning those key lime cupcakes. They sound soooo good!

Beth, keeping my fingers crossed for no snow for you. The weather people are often wrong, you know.

Lesley, Blaize is a doll!! OMG no wonder you chose him! So happy that he likes all your activities.

Welcome to any Newbies that I missed. Come often and join in the chat. This thing works!! Please sign your post with what you want to be called. It makes it easier for us to respond to you. Also a location is great, be it specific or general. We are happy to have you join us.

It took over an hour after my pain med but my back got better. I normally take it before I do too much and it prevents the pain, but once I get in pain it just takes longer to get rid of it. I got my dish ready for Moose tonight and finally did a little exercise but back was having no part of it today. Tomorrow is a new day. At the Moose meeting, for the first time everyone noticed my weight loss. I’ll admit it does make ya feel good. o:) Many of them were asking how I did it so we might end up with some new ladies on here.

    Thought for the day:

    Spend time with those
    who bring out
    the best in you,
    not the stress
    in you.

I love you ladies. Have a good one! (as they say down South) B)

    Hi Everyone,

Cityjanelondon Glad you will be able to see your lingtime friend. Nothing like folk who know us through the good and the bad over time.

    Mollywhippit Great joke -thanks.

ExermomHad the ham tonight w/sweet potatoes, veg and baked apple. I wish DH had a better idea re: cooking etc... But as a rule he does not. DH does voice his appreciation for meals and other things I do.

Lestan48 Great Picts of your new family member. Looks like Blaze has readily become part of your life. I am so happy for you.

Sylvia I don't have children but I can remember that my Mom taught me a lot about how to live life when she said no as well as yes. You have a right to have your time respected.

I spend a lot of my day sitting down. So after reading how many in this group are able to reach 10k steps I thought I would try to get up at least 1x every hour. If my Withings did not register 1k in the passing hour I then would use the elipticle to supplement my steps. Well I managed to get to 10K. Cook dinner, do 3 loads of laundry and return a few calls.

I found it just about impossible to write reports or respond to e-mail so this is going to take some trial and error to find a way that works. In addition my legs and arms feel like rubber. Oh well ... Live and learn.

oh Lesley - Blaize is absolutely beautiful! And he's so lucky to have you.

Sylvia - that's right! now that you mention it, I couldn't have anything red. They didn't specifically mention purple, but I don't think I had it or if I did I only had a little

    Janet
    - my father was a (is this what they call it?) Grand Moose.

Washed the bedspread and quilt that were on the bed in the back bedroom. Afterwards, I'll probably put the summer bedspread on and no quilt. this is a quilt that was handstitched by my aunt. she did lovely work.

The first of the christmas tree skirts is almost done. Now I have to figure out how to turn the back part onto the back. Did I sufficiently confuse everyone????? I wonder....I put this rubber backing stuff on and then let it dry. I wonder if I can cut out the shape, turn the extra under, perhaps sew it into place, then put the rubber backing on. that'll help to keep it from unraveling. What does anyone else do to the finish off a latchhook piece?

Sylvia,I am probably weird, but when I prep for a colonoscopy I like to prepare lemon jello and drink it like tea while it is still warm. My mother tried it on my suggestion and told me I was flat out crazy! I thought it was very filling and delicious. How about banana Popsicles? That is another favorite. As for the son, good for you for not being available tomorrow. Setting boundaries is good for stopping manipulative behavior.

Lestan, congrats on the new dog. He is a cutie.

I'm reading a new and interesting perspective on decluttering. It is called "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up." Have any of you read it? The author totally debunks the 15 minute a day thing. I don't know if I can do it her way, but I am enjoying the book and she does make some valid points.

Thanks to those who wished me out of my blahs. I am better today, but still need to do some shaking it off. If I could get caught up with some work for others that I'm over-extended on, it would help.

Sylvia, loved, loved the joke!. I think your son is trying to get as much out of his disease as he can, with his ex, you and probably his children. I mean, he does have a very serious disease, eventually fatal, but he needs to have responsibility also and teach it to his children. I really feel for you with this one.

Lesley, precious pooch. You are one brave woman though to have a dark haired dog on that lovely carpet!

Pip, I take it that the food pron pics were taken at a buffet? My success at a buffet is to start out with a good salad. I hate green salad that has the lettuce leaves all big and hanging out of your mouth. I like mine chopped as fine as I can get them. So after I add my toppings, just other veggies, maybe an egg and cranberries, I chop them up. This can be difficult on the size plates you get at a buffet. So it takes me quite a while. But in the mean time my husband is already gone back for his second plate on the meat and potatoes. So after I finish my salad I go for one meat and a couple of veggies. I must admit I do visit the desert bar but get little pieces. I know those places must hate me but when they cut that wonderful looking carrot cake in such nice pieces, I either cut I tiny piece off of their neatly cut slices or I just scrape some cake off the plate that other people have left. That prevents me from having the cream cheese frosting to! And no bread anymore. Who knows how many age 50+ women are going to join our forum now tht they here we have food porn over here!!!

MN Margaret, your grand children are so lovely. My husband is already asking when we are going to go down and see the kids. We just got back Friday night!

my husband is getting his first colonoscopy soon. The office nurse and I talked about it today as to what GI group to have do it. He had had it scheduled before and chickened out and had it cancelled. Said he was not going to have it done in the same place where he worked and know that those women had seen his butt! He would always deliver the drug cart to the colonoscopy unit. Then he had hi heart attack and couldn't be off some of his medicine at all for the test. Now the cardiologist has given his OK to get it scheduled. His brother has to have one every yea due to the amount of polyps he always has. One year it was 16. His Mom finally got polyp free. So here he is at almost 67 and never had one. Will not be fun with him and the diet or the prep.

I am trying out the cinnamon stick idea several of you have about the sugar ants. I put one in front of the door, one by the back splash in back of the sink since I see them scattering underneath that and one by the big food box. I'm not comfortable putting any by her food bowl, afraid she won't eat her food if that is there. So I have checked the big food box and would still see a couple of ants in it. got them out and food refreshed and now literally have that box surrounded by cinnamon sticks like a fort! Tomorrow in the daylight I will see how the doorway looks like. I have several down there now instead of just one. Those things were expensive!!

I jumped ahead to Page 9 because I knew I was not going to catch up otherwise.

Vicki- Sorry to hear about your Mom's continued health problems. Her's hoping that she can be home soon.

Carey - Thank you. I am trying to do some self care.

Lesley- Blaize is a gorgeous hunk. What fun the two of you will have.

Janet - My clinic just got this amazing little machine that gives your A1C in about 5 minutes. They are just trying it but I hope they keep it.

Mary - 84 sounds perfect to me. Snow that we got Saturday is sticking around. Sounds like you found a nice play to stay.

Pip - Brunch and the view look fantastic!

Sylvia - Your situation with your DS sounds frustrating. As Moms all we can really do is love them - Warts and all.

Some of you are asking what silent reflux is. It doesn't give you the bitter taste in the mouth. I feel like I constantly have a lump in my throat and am continuously clearing it. For years I was having severe asthma attacks. Turns out it is probably the reflux. I get a tickle in the back of my throat. Start to cough, can't stop and usually end up vomiting. This can last for hours or days. There are other signs too. This is what they think it is. I will be having an endoscopy to check condition of my esophagus.
DS is frustrating me behind reason. He is having "sleepovers" at her house. Grrrr.....I told him that they should be in counselling before any of this. They both want to go forth with the hearing in June. I don't understand how you can have a relationship and going to court over custody. So Messed Up! Easter weekend was not the joy I was hoping for. I understand wanting to save your family but how can he with all she did. He says it was terrible and he's not forgetting. As I said all I can do is love him and hope he doesn't mess things up for himself and be left broken hearted and broke.
Two Easter dinners and I didn't cook either. The egg hunt was fun, noisy and chaotic. I made the mistake of having pie out at the farm. To me it is still Lynn's kitchen and her pies were delicious so out of habit I had pie. The coconut cream was the worst I've tasted. The lemon meringue was good but not in the same league as Lynn's. Oh well.
Individual counselling. I am nervous but hopeful that these sessions will help us build a stronger marriage so we can enjoy one another again.
Looking forward to riding my trike soon if Mother Nature is done showing us who is boss.
    Sorry for running on.

Call me crazy but I love to see other people happy and succeeding.

    Good Morning Ladies,

Naiomi, trust me, you are with a lot of us in the “live and learn” category. I still struggle with getting in the proper exercise most days and often have legs that feel like rubber (or is it jelly?).

Michele, I’m not sure what the men of the Moose call their leader? Ours is a Senior Regent, like the president of a club. I still affectionately call them the “Grand Pooppah”. When you are finished do we get to see a picture of the tree skirt? *hint, hint*

DrKatie, so glad the blahs are lifting. When you wrote that you “still need to do some shaking it off”, the Taylor Swift song “shake it off” immediately popped in my head. You need to find that and play it real loud and dance around like no one is watching. It is such an uplifting tune.

Joyce, you have me LOL about all the new members now that we have “food porn. Thanks for the early morning giggle. :p I love to laugh! Oh, cinnamon sticks? I was picturing sprinkling a line of ground cinnamon where you didn’t want ants, but that would be messy. And yes, they are expensive. Hope it works. Can you find a sealed plastic container for the food rather than the box?

Sharon, my doctor’s office does my A1C when I go in for the lab results. They must have that machine because it is back in just a few minutes. Please don’t apologize for “running on”. I love reading your post and thank you for your willingness to share. Keeping fingers crossed for the counseling sessions! ((Hugs))

Allison, I hope you bug is short lived. Get better soon. And tell DH that you are suffering the same problems that he is and to chill. ;)

Welcome to any Newbies that I missed. Come often and join in the chat. This thing works!! Please sign your post with what you want to be called. It makes it easier for us to respond to you. Also a location is great, be it specific or general. We are happy to have you join us.

I woke up a little after 6:00 this morning, when I normally sleep an hour + later. It’s overcast with a 40% chance of rain. I hope it washes some of the pollen out of the air. This has been the worst allergy season in years. I woke up yesterday morning with half of my right eye totally blood red. Must have busted a blood vessel overnight? Looks a bit scary but doesn’t hurt. The lab tech asked if I had coughed or sneezed. I told her I have done nothing but sneeze for the past three weeks. Just don’t remember doing it in my sleep. I hope today I can get back to some serious exercising. I am so on again, off again with getting in a full hour or more. Why can’t this be easy????**whine**

You ladies are all such an inspiration and I hope you each have the best day possible. <3

    Words I live by:

    Hello everyone!

Beautiful sunny day here. :)B) I hope to do a bit in the back garden today. DH is going to do a veg and fruit shop. Chicken and black bean tonight with snow peas.

I tried to get my book on the website today, but it needs resizing. :'( I feel a bit lost, to be honest. Not very techy. Afraid to do anything in case I'm stuck with it. Gave myself a headache. DH doesn't seem to remember exactly what he did, which is no help at all. Grrrrr.
Diane - it will go on Kindle, but the advice is to make a print book first. I think the same problems apply though. Especially my fear.

A bit short of oomph today. I'm sleeping badly because a lot of the time I am very uncomfortable with joint and hip pain. Had to get up early as I was so uncomfortable. Nothing serious, but I don't enjoy my bed much. :# I am fine during the day.

    See you later. Heather UK

Leslie: Blaize is very pretty, so glad you found a new fur friend. Love my fur babies too.

Dark and rainy in Tennessee again today, makes me not want to get up and get moving.

    Happy Tuesday ! ! !

Beth - thanks for the advice on the expired gift certificate. From what I could tell of Wisconsin law, there are no laws regarding expirations on gift certificates. I remember in Minnesota, we could only put them on certificates that we donated, so no one actually paid any money for them.

Janet - painting my kitchen; I am the type of person that gets excited about a project, then lose interest, never finish, and have a bigger mess than when I started. If I can ever save enough money, I may pay someone to paint all the ugly green walls. but with my RA, I just never know when I will have a good day or a bad day, so I just don't start those kinds of projects.

As far as fast food, I do my best to only order salads. However, DH doesn't celebrate Easter, so we were driving around looking for a grocery store that was open, he got hungry, and I made an unwise choice (my cheap phone doesn't have apps). Now I can reach my fridge, even though the kitchen is still in my familyroom, so yesterday was much better, as will be today and the future.
Plus, since my RA seems to be in my upper extremities today, I should be able to get enough exercise.

Yes, my screen is also crazy again today. In fact, it is even wider than ever. We do not have google chrome at work, so I'm just stuck with it for now.

My co-worker is getting some really good ideas going lately. Today she brought a super-size mason jar mug with a lid and crazy straw for her water. Just seeing it makes drinking water more fun. I still use a boring styrofoam cup, because it helps me tally better. I'm glad she is finding fun ways to be healthy.

Hugs and prayers for everyone with struggles today. Cheers for everyone with successes. Thanks for being my friends!

jmkmomm that was at a buffet. I NORMALLY do salad (love them) and I do a lot of the way you do, HOWEVER, I intentionally, DIDN'T eat salads and ate a lot of the stuff that I normally never eat (hence the pasta and the pasta in white creamy sauce), lots o carbs. why? cuz, just cuz. I am below my goal weight, we rode our bikes there so I knew I would burn some off coming back because it was uphill AND that was the only meal of the day.
I normally don't even do buffets anymore because $ wise, it's not worth it for me and i'm too picky now.

Good morning everyone! The low humidity here makes the high 80's feel like 60s. Loving the weather!

    Happy Tuesday.

Today is gloomy and overcast here. I have a few errands to run so walking will help with my exercise goals. I also plan on getting on my stationary bike to ride a few miles. I really don't feeling like it but I must force myself to get back to my fitness goals and burn calories. I feel like I am starting completely over since I was sick for so long. Ok, ok.....enough complaining!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Carey: I love the Eleanor Roosevelt quote.

Jane: I don’t envy you the work of moving, but I’m happy that you’re finally moving to a place you can stay and call home.

Carol: Snow peas are definitely a green vegetable. I love them and usually eat them raw.

Sylvia: By now you’re probably through the colonoscopy. I do not envy you. It will be good to have it over with. I hope the results will help you resolve the pain you’re experiencing. Today’s joke seems very realistic to me. “Yesterday we were campaigning. Today you voted.” Indeed.

Pip: I’ve become a dark chocolate addict since starting this MFP journey. I manage to keep the calories in check, though. I also seldom eat at buffets. My good discipline deserts me and I eat things I would normally never touch.

Heather: I’m interested in your chili recipe. I love butternut squash but I can’t imagine it in chili. 6 X 9 seems large for a paperback unless there is a lot of great artwork to display. If your book is going on Kindle, people will be able to pick their own font size. I suspect getting it formatted and reading it will be a good step for you. It is hard to visualize electronic products, and the reading experience needs to be “just so.” I know that in my own case, I can’t adequately proof read something electronic. I need it on paper or I miss things that need fixing.

Teri: I gained more than a few pounds drinking Starbucks Coffee on my way to work the last couple of years I was there. I don’t drink their coffee anymore, and I seldom put sugar in mine. I use stevia most of the time instead. I can’t say that it is actually sweet, but it does take off the bitterness.

Margaret: You look wonderful. I’ll bet you’re the favorite auntie. Your niece is a cutie, too.

Chris: Eliptical and mall walking are both fine exercises. Mall walking is so social and a great way to spend time with friends. I’m guessing the elliptical gets you a concentrated burn and more cardio fitness. I think having more than one choice is wonderful.

Michele: Now I know why you love your pool. I would like it, too.

Lesley: Blaize is a real cutie. Thanks for sharing his picture. Do you know how old he is?

Janet: The taxes will be in the mail to the accountant today. Yay! Thanks for thinking of me.

My neighbor is sick today and not going to Zumba. I think I’ll go take the spin class anyway. I’m dressed and ready to go. I really like the spin teacher and having bodies in the class helps the class stay in the schedule.

    Good day to all!

It's damp here today and seems chilly even though the highs should be in the 80's.

I am so frustrated! We changed our tv & internet service last Fall...went from AT&T to Comcast. Cannot get Netflix to stream to the tv even though I just bought a Blu Ray player that has a Netflix button. It's a wireless connection and just won't work with Netflix even though I was able to get the connected to the internet signal. Enough of rant.

Leslie, Blaize is a very handsome pup and I know you will both be in love.

Sylvia, I hope you are able to go through with your "not cleaning" plans. I have an only son who is also very good at manipulating situations and we are always there for him. Every once in a while, I reach my peak and explode. I think it is the over used term "co-dependent."

Can't remember what all I have read so won't comment. Good wishes for everyone.
