    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleaning is done and ready for company
    What would I have done differently? Nothing but would have like to get a walk in but didn't happen
    What are today's personal goals? Eat right and drink my water and exercise- done

    NO PRESSURE, GOAL IS STILL TOO FAR AWAY, KEEP ON TRACK

    Mon - No exercise
    Tues - Laundry and ironing, no extra exercise
    Wed - Cleaning my downstairs and getting ready for company
    Thurs - Pilates reformer class 60 min.

    What are today's personal goals? Stay under my calories and get on the bike (or do an aerobics DVD) tonight

    What is today's personal goals? 1 hour exercise 6 days a week, water, healthy food


    Sun- camping activity - 85 minute walk
    Mon - camping activity - 95 minute hike, 45 minute leisurely swim and walking around Leavenworth
    Tues - Aquafit - 60 minutes
    Wed - Aquafit - 60 minutes
    Thurs - weight training - rest day

    Mon - Feel great! Like I was never down!! walked 3 miles in 48 minutes and spent 85 minutes on challenges!
    Tues - 4.17 miles in 61 minutes, spent 60 minutes on challenges and T25
    Wed - Spent 85 minutes on challenges and T25
    Thurs - REST DAY!

    I've been out of town & have not kept up with y'all nor been even trying at all. However; I've finally come to my senses, again, and will get back on track. I have so much trouble when I visit family & come to Memphis, TN. They have the best BBQ!!! My family and my in-laws always have tons of food & sweets out, around & offered to me. It is so hard to turn down but I'm back on it, as of today. Even if I cannot resist... I can get back into the habit of logging and be more conscientious.. Maybe even hit my goals. So, today... I may not exercise due to bad headache that I awoke with & lack of time. But, I will be making conscious decisions about what I put in my mouth. If I overeat or eat high calorie foods, I want to be aware that I am CHOOSING to do just that.

    Tues - Turbo Jam DVD "Burn", back exercises including crunches & planks, triceps extensions, push-ups & dips, 10 minute walk.

    What would I have done differently? I did have a candy bar yesterday, cave in!

    Getting back to ticker weight right now.

    Nice to see you Linda, I love BBQ. We all need special times with family. I had a great family camping trip I am recovering from but at least I was active most days.

    Fri - walk - I guess! I walked around Greenlake twice so that was 5.6 miles. My son is doing the Portland Marathon so my husband and I signed up for the 10K Family Walk. Just was seeing if I could do it. Looks like I can but I could be stronger and faster.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made quiche's for my company for tomorrow's breakfast
    What would I have done differently? Not had ice cream for dessert and get my exercise in.

    Sat - Aquafit 60 minutes, it is so nice after the long walk, I feel nice and loose instead of stiff and sore. Stretching in the pool works really well.

    What is tomorrows goal? Don't eat exercise calories.

    Goal Weight at the end of Summer 9/22: = 185 lbs.

    Sun. - Hiked a couple of strenuous hours! I just noticed that when I entered my food tracking tonight that it said if every day was like today I would be at 185 lbs (my summer goal) in 5 weeks. I'm 5 weeks away from the end of summer..............I don't think I can do what I did today every day but being the competitive person that I am it certainly gives me incentive! lol
    Mon - Walked 1/2 hour and did house cleaning

    Sat - .Turned resistance up on eliptical and did 15 minutes.

    Fri - Picked up grand puppy for a puppy sleep over and he is more fun than exercising!

    What would I have done differently? Again my husband wanted to go out for ice cream, I thought it would be a small gelato but since they had closed the place early that night for a wedding they gave us a large free one.

    Finally back on track after vacation. I have an appt with a Nutritionist on Thursday
    at my home. I will be paying for these sessions so I hope I see some results.
    I found her through my Pilates instructor. I will continue on here as with other
    sites that I am on so I hope to see my scale start to go down.
