GW at the end of the Summer 2013 check in? 190 <-- this probably won't happen but I've been maintaining most of the summer - up and down the same 2 lbs so I feel pretty good.

Did I reach today's personal goals? Didn't have one......been MIA! :frown:
What did I do today that I am proud of? Stayed within calories without eat exercise calories and HAD exercise calories.
What would I have done differently? Shouldn't have had cinni-sticks or ice cream but they are gone now thank goodness.
What are tomorrow's personal goals? No sweets or desserts!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't overeat - will probably go back and log after I post this. I usually don't log the evening meal until the next morning - UGH!!
What would I have done differently? I checked in but I was having network issue. I never came back to see if it went through.

Hi Dahlia I actually wrote a blog on the Tortilla Soup but posted late that night so few saw it. The tortilla soup was made from some left over Cilantro Chicken which was made from some left over Cilantro Pesto from the Salmon I had made. It was really good (the soup and Salmon and the Pesto). I used pumkin seeds instead of pine nuts in the pesto. Anyway I usually research online and take what I think are the best and healthiest ingredients. So I don't really follow recipes much. My latest blog tells what ingredients I used for the soup. My favorite soup from last cold season was a Cauliflower Gorgonzola soup. Thanks for reminding me. I love making healthy chili. Even though I am descended from Texas ranchers I put veggies in because they are good for you and are yummy. I use ingredients that are used in Mexican cooking such as pinto beans, black beans and garbanzo beans, chipolte chilies, tomatillos etc.

Hi gals, just wanted to say 'Hi' since I haven't been checking in lately.
I let the busy summer get the best of me, and I've gained weight and am having trouble getting back into a good 'diet' routine. I need to find something to get me motivated again. I just have no desire to track right now or plan, both of which I know I need to do to have success.0 -
ISTPAUL: Remember we are not dieting, we are changing our lifestyle and way of eating. I know you will
get back to it, just coming here shows you will be back again. I have gained too over the long weekend
and trying to get back on track. We can do this !!
