    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Lower Body with weights, keeping steady with routine.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What are today's personal goals? Exercise without a doubt, eat healthy, and drink my water.

    ON GOING GOAL: GET BACK TO MY TICKER WEIGHT

    Mon - Upper Body lifting 30 min
    Tues - Walking 45 min
    Wed - Lower Body lifting 30 min
    Thurs - Pilates Reformer Class 60 min

    What are today's personal goals? Stay under my calories and exercise at least fifteen minutes...aiming for the treadmill though my ankle is bothering me so it will depend on that

    Mon. - Nope
    Tues - Turbo Jam DVD "Burn", back exercises (including planks & crunches), push-ups, dips, triceps extensions
    Wed. - None (migraine today. Darn it!)
    Thurs. - Argghh! (at least the desire was there, but something happened with DH's job & when I had planned to exercise was suddenly NOT opportune time.

    I had a rough day yesterday. In the morning at the gym couldn't finish my upper body routine, which made me feel weak. Then I went home and put on a flowing summer dress (probably the last one of the season) and looked in the mirror and I was happy that, from my breasts to my feet the dress fell straight! I was so excited and then I moved and I saw that the fabric "gathered" in my "apron of skin" whenever I moved. I am VERY overweight, and I have a lot of weight to lose. I have been worried about the "apron of skin" since the start of this and yesterday was the first time I really saw it. Sure my BELLY is deflating... but its still there and looks even worse imo. I tried to look for compression shorts to hold things in but while I have went down in size for most of my clothing (sometimes 2 sizes), to buy a pair of compression shorts I am back to buying 2x clothes. I just felt so defeated yesterday. Sorry for the rant gals. Nobody around here understands why these things got under my skin... all they think about is the numbers on the scale, but losing this weight is so much more to me! I figured you would understand.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes / No I ate well, and I went to the gym and tried to do upper body but I couldn't get t
    through my routine. For some reason I couldn't even finish two sets of exercises. I didn't even start the third set.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did quite a bit of cardio

    What would I have done differently? I Probably should have lowered the weight so I could get through the routine

    What is today's personal goals? Eat well, and cardio

    Tues - Leg Strength Routine, 30 mins treadmill (including C25K W1D2)

    What would I have done differently? log calories last night and not this morning
    What is today's personal goals? check in and track - maybe a walk. I've been slacking on the exercise but I am really trying to get my portions and daily calorie intake under control. I still need to include exercise but just feeling a little mopey this week. ( I mean lazy - yep I said it!!)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I made time to ride my bike for 30 mins and I lost 3.9lbs this week

    What would I have done differently? I'm pretty happy with my day

    What is today's personal goals? I'm going to the Michigan Ren Fest today so my goal is to eat decently and I will be doing a good amount of walking

    JSandie sometimes we lose faster than our skin can keep up with but it does improve with exercise over time. My problem is that I lose so slowly so that so far no skin issues although I still need to get rid of that lower stomach excess.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? fit in a session of exercise at the gym between work and a work party
    What would I have done differently? not much
    What is today's personal goals? 1 hour exercise 6 days a week, water, healthy food

    Sun- need some exercise today - 75 minute walk on Seattle's waterfront
    Mon - walk or weight training - went for a 60 minute walk it was too beautiful to go into the gym, also I will be walking for 10 minutes at my new job with my student each day.
    Tues - Aquafit - 60 minutes
    Wed - walk 90 minutes I am trying to prepare for our 10K when my son does the Portland Marathon next month.
    Thurs - walk or weight training I finally had a rest day
    Fri - walk or weight training I did 60 minutes of weight training with some cardio machines
    Sat - Aquafit - 60 minutes

    Only 1 week til our Goal at the end of summer. I hope everyone is doing good! I am only 2.5lbs away from my goal! Even if I don't hit it on the dot I am proud I did so well, and I got so close

    What would I have done differently? I'm pretty happy with my day, but I probably could have chosen a better lunch (Fish sandwich)

    Only 1 week til our Goal at the end of summer. I hope everyone is doing good! I am only 2.5lbs away from my goal! Even if I don't hit it on the dot I am proud I did so well, and I got so close

    Oh gracious! You had to remind me! I got just a couple of pounds from being in the "100's" and am back up to 205 and gotten sloppy! jsandie.............you are close to your reset LOWER goal right? You've done fantastic! I need to get in here and get remotivated by your posts!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a nice walk
    What would I have done differently? track and check in
    What is today's personal goals? check in and track - Went to the neurologist today. Had a MRI back in 2009 - degenerated disk. Fo the past few months, I've been waking up during the night and my left arm is numb. When I sit at my desk I feel a pain down my arm (pinched nerve), sometimes I can't even hold my neck up and I end up putting a cervical collar on. So...I finally made an appointment with a neurologist. He said hold off on weights, yoga, etc.. until he does more testing. Cardio - ellitpical, walking, swimming are fine. Should know what's going on in a few weeks. EMG is scheduled for next Tuesday.

    Hey Dahlia - Thanks for your support. The last few months has been a roller coaster emotionally with my family, but I am just proud I have been able to stick to the eating plan at the very least (Exercise on the other hand has been hit and miss) Yes, this is a lower goal weight than I started with, as I hit my goal weight early in August, but this is because I have decided to make smaller goals that I believe are achievable. I figured if I didn't make a goal it may make me disappointed in myself and that may derail my efforts. I believe you can do it! You are strong and have a great attitude and I am always here if you need a sounding board.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within my limits

    What would I have done differently? I should have did at least 30 mins cardio (my van is in the shop and can't get to the gym)
